I’ve been in this store a couple times to find some things for my wife and some cologne and hair products for myself. The girls in the store have always gone above and beyond to help me find what I need.
I love this store! I have always been helped! I also can't see how they are "rasist" to black people as another review above claims because not only am I black and a regular treated with respect but my mother had gotten her hair done by Natasha and she treated her wonderfully with great hair results. The lady who said they don't respect her because she is black is nuts! Has to be her attitude problem! My cashier was even black and the girl who helped me was not white either. Love this store and the sweet helpful girls who work there! I am a customer for #lyfe!!!
By far the worst customer service ever! Everyone there seems to act as if someone pissed in their Cheerios. When I brought the lack of good to moderate customer service concern to the manager, she went on to tell me that, “most of her staff were on a lunch break!” Although there were plenty walking around with their noses stuck up in the air. Before I took offense to thinking it was because I am African American I asked my aunt (who isn’t) if she felt that the customer service was horrible and she replied with “absolutely”... I hate to order online but that is what my family and I have decided to do from this point on, if Sally’s Beauty doesn’t have it. I absolutely love Ulta but I will NEVER step foot into this location ever again!!!!
My stylist left hair dye all over my neck, ears, and forehead which unfortunately I did not notice until I got home. When I showered more than 24 hours later, the color bled ALL OVER. i understand a little bit of bleeding, but it honestly looked like I had dyed it myself and was rinsing it out for the first time - it's like the stylist didn't even try to rinse the product out. Seriously, my bath tub was horribly stained with color. It's been over a week now, and color is still bleeding a bit. I've tried contacting the manager of the salon multiple times. Each time she either hasn't been in or couldn't come to the phone, so I left my name and number and she never even tried to contact me. I paid so much money for it and I'm incredibly unhappy. I could have paid the same amount to go to a real salon and had a much better experience. Definitely will not go back here.
I’ve also gotten my hair cut in the salon several times and every time has been a great experience. I really like the new location compared to the older store!
I’ve been to a couple stores in Atlanta and Orlando and this one by far has the nicest and most helpful staff. They’ve helped me find my FAVVVVVVVORITE foundation and some bomb eyeliner. Can’t wait for pay day to go back! Lol
