So earlier today (on 14-Jun-2017); I called the store to ask for a refund (as I'm over hundreds of miles) away. John was so rude to me. He told me to come in to get it fixed - like I wasn't hundreds of miles away. When I asked for the refund he told me it was the "most ridiculous thing he's ever heard". He stated he couldn't see the Nails so I offered to send him a picture, which he wasn't willing to accept. What I think is the more ridiculous thing ever is someone providing a service and doing the worst job possible. How are they even in business?
In addition, while I was at the store, I saw a roach and the lady who put my gel polish on my nails was picking her nose - which is freaking gross. Very disgusting. After I got my nails done, I went straight into the Walmart bathroom to wash my hands.
My daughter and I went to have our nail's done, well as he is doing my daughter's nail's the guy decides to leave during her getting them done and go to McDonald's and get himself some coffee and cookie's, when he finally get's back and starts doing them again he starts texting and is texting the rest of the time he is finishing her up. Well it's only been a week since I had my nail's done and 2 of them have already fallen off. My daughter's nail's have also fallen off and hers fell off before the week was even up.
They looked decent but these have been the worst quality nails I have EVER received. My right ring finger broke less than 8 hours after finishing the fill in. I went back to John to get it fixed that night. Then, later that evening, my left pointer finger broke but it was small and manageable.
I was recently on a mini-vacation in Panama City Beach and decided to get my nails fixed, as they were very grown out and I had one nail chip in the water. I normally get an acrylic fill in and get gel nail polish. My last fill in was 28-Apr-2017 and it lasted me until 09-Jun-2017, when the nail chipped in the ocean. (I would've gotten them done sooner but I have been sick and recently had surgery. But that is besides the point).
Needless to say, even if I was in PCB, I would NOT go back to this place to get my nails done for FREE. That's how disappointed I am. Regal Nails need to have some kind of quality procedures in place to ensure that franchises are ran properly.
This was the worst pedicure I've ever paid for. I am sitting here disappointed because I expected the usual and got have that for five dollars more. No massage, no leg exfoliation, and hardly ten seconds of towel. The last time I payed $30 for a pedicure, I had fancy essential oils and the massage of a lifetime. Never going here again, and if you don't want to waste your money and get left feeling disappointed, you shouldn't either. At least she did a good job painting my toenails because that's basically what I paid $30 for.
Well, yesterday, (13-Jun-2017) my left ring finger broke. This is absolutely ridiculous! I paid forty dollars for the worse acrylic nail job ever! It didn't even last me 4 full days!
After this time, I had to go back to Tennessee and the store was closed on Sunday so I couldn't go back get the left pointer finger fixed. No big deal.
I was at this Regal Nails in Panama City first thing Saturday, 10-Jun-2017. The acrylic fill in was put on my John and then an older lady added the gel polish.
The listed price is wrong. The guy said that is was not "This" store... I may be from out of state but I'm not stupid...... They are ALL nasty and rude people..... RUN AWAY FROM HERE!!!
They complained about tourist not understanding the pricing being more but then did a poor job. My niece just got nails and toes painted and it looked like something we did at home. She is 11 and would have loved to feel all pretty and spa treatment. The work done on my nails did not say he had 10 years experience, which is what he said.... Lesson learned
