Wendy is so sweet and kind and was really efficient! I got a wax from her and she was comfortable and knowledgeable! Not bad at all.
Called in to get info about waxing and a lady answered the phone introduced herself then hung up on me after my first question ("what are your prices?") I called back, disconnections happen.. she answered I told her we just spoke we must've gotten disconnected.. YES MAAM! What do you want!? We're a salon! I said soo you don't do waxing???? She breathed heavily in the phone like I was exhausting her patience I couldn't imagine going in or ever calling back again SORUDE!
