STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND!
When I first moved to PCB I tried two different private salons and paid way too much for horrible color jobs. I then discovered Mel at Supercuts and have been a regular client for over seven years. My whole family goes to her and I recommend her to everyone I know. Her hi-liters are far superior to any of the private salons and so are her cuts. Mel is the best!!!
Then she cuts my hair and did follow the direction I asked and not cut the length I asked. I felt bumps in the back and she say oh I will take more off. She did not show me a mirror of the back. I got like a hatchet job. And I would of walked when she didn't honor my appointment normally but I needed a haircut. What I got was garbage! I was going to pay the 16 dollar and I said I am not satisfied with the service and I should not have to pay and don't have time to redo it or trust that you can do it right. Mel immediately gets furious and nasty saying get out of my store and never come back in front of everyone. Believe me, she lost my future business to begin with and the service I received this time was garbage and I will have to get another haircut next week but certainly not here and I recommend anyone else not waste time with this garbage. And they have a lot of nerve to name it Super when it is absolute the bottom of the barrel garbage!
This is my local spot for getting my families hair done. I've been coming for several years now & thought I should finally write a review. We normally see Mel, she's the store manager, and we just adore her! She's always accommodating with our appointments, or even my son's obsession with cutting hair. The staff is always friendly & greets you as soon as you walk in. I love our 'chair talk', and look forward to coming in. People are always shocked that my hair wasn't done at some fancy salon that charged me a ton of money! We'll stay loyal customers.
I started going to her 4 months ago and she turned my ugly stringy hair into a beautiful golden swing Bob! I have never gotten so many compliments on my hair until seeing her. She always knows what products work best for you too. Go see Liz at PCB Supercuts, you won't be disappointed.
I've been in here a few times now and everyone that works here is super friendly and professional at all times, the salon is always clean and it is in a great location! Bri always gives me an amazing cut!
The shop is always clean and bright with a nice selection of music playing. The ladies are friendly and best of all they have a fantastic hair stylist named Liz.
I called to make an appointment to get my hair cut by Mel the Manager at this Supercuts. I showed up at my appointment and no one greeted me and I saw Mel at her station cutting another client's hair. She did not look up as I walked in. Mel did not know me and I waited still nothing and none of the other stylists came over. There is no sign in chart. Then finally Mel gets a phone call and answers it. Then I have to but in after her is done to announce I am here otherwise I thought she would just take her time on this client. She took her time on this client anyway. Chit chatting away taking her time and no concern for me waiting whatsoever. I made an appointment for a reason because I didn't have much time to wait. I had to pick up a sick family member and was hoping to squeeze in some errands too. Well, this Mel took 30 minutes to cut the person that was sitting there then it was finally my turn. She shouldn't of took that person and should of been waiting to honor my appointment as I made it 2 hours before and she agreed and knew I was coming.
