First I went there, looking for a change and told the stylist to do whatever they wanted. Apparently all they wanted was to give me a trim. I had a coupon so it was fine. Then my husband decides to go there to get his hair cut, and they ask what we want done. I don't know why they bothered to ask me what we wanted done, because they did not do it. We wanted shorter on the sides and back and leave it a little longer up front, but that didn't happen. Poor guy came out with a completely butchered job. If you want a decent hair cut, go somewhere else! Save your $14 and go somewhere else...
I NEVER leave bad reviews but feel compelled to speak out. The owner needs to ensure stylists, at a minimum, understands how to listen to what the client wants and has the skill set for basic cuts. I have short hair, asked for a trim at my bangs and around my ears. A trim on hair that is 6 inches long is not 2 inches. It's a quarter to half of an inch. My bangs were angled. Stylist cut them halfway up my forehead and straight across. The sides were cut so short that they don't blend with the top. I walked out looking like a boy with a bad cut. Everyone has to start without a lot of experience but these are basics taught in school. I hope my review is taken as intended...a constructive review to learn from. Peace, love and joy

As every business has its bad days, I am very impressed to see the Owner responding to all the feedback good or bad. That's integrity. BRAVO!
I have never had a worse haircut in my life. I cut 9 inches off my hair because my hair had gotten to be too much for me. The lady that was cutting my hair left pieces in my hair much longer than others, also the front piece way choppy and too short looking, and when I move my hair you can see the choppy haircut and the under part of the hair. Whoever cut my hair "eyeballed" some of the cuts, and at one point my hair was completely uneven after all being cut so one side had to be cut again. The worst part is at home I've had good experiences with my great clips, but I decided I would go here while on vacation, what a terrible waste of money, and a terrible part to my vacation. I am now home and we have fixed a few long pieces on our own, but once I straightened my hair I found that it was even worse than I thought, so now I have to get my haircut again. I am very displeased, and I will not be returning for another unprofessional haircut.
Went in while on vacation. Got David and he did a great job. Needed long layers and ends cleaned up. Totally listened and did what I asked.
We use Sawyer. He does a geat job everytime!
