In general a lot of things are overpriced on the beach, it's a tourist town, we get it. However, this people (Tuffy's) like to take advantage of people, specially women. They told me I had to replace all 4 brakes and pads and I don't know what else, and the cost was $480, then when I said I couldn't do that he said wait let me talk to the manager, he came back saying that what I really needed was the front and they could do it for $321. I picked up my car, took it to another place in Panama City about 17 miles away, and paid $56 and change...problem solve.
Visiting in seacrest had a problem with my car went to Tuffy. They had us out in thirty minutes. Car running fine. Now we can go to Clermont feeling safe. Very good people to do business with. Thank you very much. Willie
Amazing customer service they are in high demand so I understand the pricing is based off supply and demand. But it's a little bit too spendy for me to be a regular here.
We went in and requested a tire balance because the tires were obviously off balance. We were told it would be a 1 hour wait and decided that would be fine. After an hour and a half of waiting, they informed us that the tires are off balance. THE VERY THING WE CAME IN FOR. After talking to the man at the front counter and asking when it will be done, he proceeded to argue with me and talk down to me. The whole thing wound up taking 2 hours. Double the amount of time they said it would. All the meanwhile the employee was being flat out rude and disrespectful. DO NOT GO HERE.
Very helpful. When other places didn't have time. They made time to help. A true blessing.
