Great service! Dropped off my RV with damage from a tire blow out. They got right in there, worked well with insurance and had it back before I knew it. Had a small whoops with leaving my barrel switch on. Took the battery out and trickle charged it overnight. No big deal.
Kurt was awesome. They got us in and made repairs while we were about 1000 miles from home. They worked with our selling dealer and did a fabulous job and best of all it didn't cost us anything. They billed selling dealer direct.
My go to repair. They do beautiful work and check their work. They insure I am safe to travel. Prices are right and they even notice small things like a forward light on my toyhauler. Small thing I missed and they caught. Really cannot find better place for your RV
Very friendly group of people. Was willing to test an electronic board. When no one else in town would. Times are tight right now. This shows and extreme level of customer service to me. John didn't want to just sell me a part he wanted to make sure the part was bad. Thank you Beach RV.
We had problems with the slide out on our travel trailer and also a broken window from a tornado which hit the campground we were in. Phoned Beach RV on Monday and we met with John at 1:00pm. He immediately checked out the slide out, cleaned all the rods & shafts & motor, cleaned out all the sand that was packed in around, lubricated everything and gave us many tips to keeping the trailer safe. We asked him to check the wheel bearings and they needed packing and he pointed out to us that the tires were very cracked and unsafe and could cause an accident within a hundred miles. After 2 days we left the shop feeling happy with the service and safer when travelling. They were all very friendly, professional and knowledgeable in all aspects of motor homes and trailers. We might also note that while this work was being done we stayed in our trailer parked in their lot. We would definitely recommend Beach RV and you just couldn't ask for better service.
