I was in Panama City Beach for a few days from out of town, and my car had a problem. Since I drive a Mercedes, and I didn't want to take it to just any place, I wanted to find a service center with the experience and knowledge to fix my car correctly. My car is old (2002 S500) but she is still my baby, you know what I mean don't you? lol
They keep deleting my reviews. Tried getting work done here on my Audi. Lady answering the phone knows nothing about cars and should NOT be talking to customers about service. Long story short, they can't work on German cars because "special tools". Did the work myself with simple hand tools. Guess this "Import Repair" shop doesn't have metric sockets...

Never ever ever take your car there, they shouldn't even be open on an main street should be open in an one way ally because it's only one why you can go taking your car to this shop and thats down a road of trouble i could go on and on about this place cause its not a shop or a place of business what they have done to plenty of people is illegal and somebody needs to report them. Take my advice and the advice of the other people that gave this place a 1 star if i could have gave them none at all i wouldn't have gave them anything!!! For ANYBODY that put more then one star must work so dont even try your luck
They tried to tell me that it was my alternator, however I know the alternator has nothing to do with a sputtering engine. So I called around and got some opinions and figured out that it was my fuel pump or fuel filter.
I am on a tight budget at this time, and they did the repairs I needed quickly, and to a high standard, and for much less than the dealer would have charged me.
P.S. THE LADY AT THE FRONT DESK FAMILY MOST OWE THE PLACE CAUSE THATS HOW SHE TREATS PEOPLE THAT, THEY ARE CHARGING 5,000 AND UP LIKE WE WORK FOR HER!!! NEVER FELT LIKE I WOULD HATE FOR THIS PLACE TO BE MY LAST OPTION I WILL GET MY CAR THOWED 100MILES BEFORE I GO THERE AGAIN!! 0-5Stars in my book
So after 6 days of my car being in the shop I called them and asked them to check my fuel pump because I know for a fact my alternator was working before I took it in.

Well I get to the shop and ask to speak to a manager or the owner. The receptionist proceeded to tell me that there was no one there above her I could talk to.
So please people, no one take their vehicles there. They will try their hardest to rip you off so they can make as much money off of you that they can.
Everyone at Henry's is very nice, and extremely friendly, from the mechanics, to the front desk and service rep Reagan, all were so nice to me.
This is not how a business should run. Why is there not a supervisor above the receptionist? She admitted to me that she wasn't a technician and didn't know much about cars. So why would the receptionist be running the show instead of a manager or Supervisor?
DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT take your vehicle to Henry's Import Repair. After a week of my car being in the shop they had not fixed my initial problem with my car. I took it in for sputtering, no acceleration when you press the gas, and for it cutting off randomly.

I called the following day, day 6 mind you, and asked if they checked my fuel pump. They had still not checked it because they were waiting on a $1300 alternator to come in that I told them I did not want. In my aggravation I told them to put my old alternator back in and that I would be coming by to pick it up.
I was tired of dealing with her, so I got my keys and went to leave. As I turn my car on I noticed coolant leaking from my motor.

I am planning to relocate to Panama City Beach, and have found my new service provider to keep my car running great, and on the road for at least another 10 years!
If you are a local, or from out of town, they will take care of you!
Update: I took my car to another shop. Turns out there was a connection issue in one of the thermastats. A $300 fix. I saved $1,300 by not taking my car to Henry's.
We were vacationing from out of town when my old BMW wouldn't start after I left the key in my pocket and dove down to 65 feet. They got the key dried out and fixed and we were on the road in no time! Thanks for saving my vacation!!!!
