Mike is awesome! As an 'out of towner', when something fails on your vehicle you're always concerned with quality of work. Well, let me tell you, my experience could not have been better. Diagnosed my Ford the other day and figured the problem out within a few hours of bringing it to them. They were not confident in working on my Ford diesel and told me so. Gave me the number of a diesel mechanic to call about it. They will take good care of your vehicle and your wallet.
I would not look at their failure to work on my truck as a bad think. Sometimes specialized tools and knowledge are needed to get things done and a good mechanic admits when it is so. I am sure they could have done the work it just wasn't worth their time to learn ( they have to make money and my truck is old, so not many of them).
This gentleman did an outstanding job replacing my water pump, and did so in a very timely fashion. Great work for a low price! He was courteous, polite, and respectful. Keeps a very neat, clean, and organized shop area. Very informative about different matters concerning my car. You can't ask for better service than this. I highly recommend S.O.S.
