First time ever eating at this fast food chain. Loved the chicken melt and whataburger jr. Very tasty both of them. Good service and clean location
Possibly the worst fast food experience I've ever had, and I eat out at least once per day. Tea is very weak and not sweet, fries are so thin they're practically crisps, and old grease was used to cook my chicken bites. I asked the cashier if it was possible to get gravy and sauce, she said yes without informing me that there is an extra charge of .35c
My boyfriend always tells me how great the food is here. So today while on vacation I finally got the chance to try it and I was very impressed. The size of the burger was huge, it was a flavorful burger and despite the amount of customers that was there, my wait time was very short

Absolutely awful service. The kid at the counter was rude and arrogant. He very obviously flirted with every woman who came in including myself. I watched ring someone up and handle money then go directly in the back and handle food without washing his hands. The bathrooms had no toilet paper and were disgusting. We asked the woman who brought our food for honey mustard and she looked at us like we were stupid and turned around and never came back. We asked for salt packets because the fries were awful. Tables were sticky and an over all disgusting environment. If I could rate this place lower I would and I will not be back. My mother loves whataburger and looks forward to it every year and she won't step foot in another one after this experience.
Being from SC, my wife had never had Whataburger. Upon seeing one on our honeymoon I seized the opportunity. It was fantastic as always and she even said it was one of the best burgers she has ever had. Go here and be happy.
