Service was also the best waitress I have had in 4 years she gets a 10...on kindness..maybe a few can learn from her..I didn’t get her name but she is from Texas...I really hope you get her !!
The food was good. My husband had the gumbo and really liked it, his fish tacos were a little too wet and dripped although they tasted good. My adult grilled cheese was very good and the gouda grits were delicious! The only negative is that from ordering to receiving the food took a very long time. Two tables who came in after us received their food long before we did. We will certainly go again, maybe at a different time of day.

This place was recommended to my adult children when they visited coyote ugly. Thank you! The food here is of very large portions and very tasty. I have been mostly all over and I have to say I was very satisfied with all our food. This has got to be the best gumbo on the island I’m sorry but I voted 5 stars !!!! Eat here for your gumbo.., other places are overrated.
This was the first time we stopped here and ate. My wife is from Louisiana and cooks Cajun food anyway. This was the best we have eaten in a very long time. It was so amazing. We'll definitely eat here over and over. Big shout out to Scott our server he was definitely amazing and thanks to the girls behind the bar for playing along! Great staff!
Recommend to us by a local and found it to be a great lunch stop. The Shrimp Pontchartrain was excellent and the cajun chicken pasta was great for my wife who isn't a seafood lover. Friendly staff and reasonable prices.
