Every time I come here I want to punch myself in the place for coming back. There is never anyone behind the counter so you have to tell to the back to get their attention. Guess they were all out back smoking or something because I can hear then having a blast. By now there is a line of customers and noone comes up to help prepare our food until the last order is being taken. Ladies room out if service too. Filthy dining room. If it wasn't for the tourists, surely this place would go under. Customer service needs a lot of work.
Today when I went in, I noticed there was no one behind the counter. There was a man waiting to be helped, but no one to help us. After yelling "Hello" a few times with no response, the man had to leave. He had already been there for 5 minutes. I started to time how long it was going to take. After another 5.5 minutes and multiple hellos, I walked over to the bathroom and there was someone in there talking on the phone... Soon after, someone came casually walking in from the back,reaking of cigarette smoke. Both of the workers weren't working. How in the world do you expect to run a business if you have no one there to take care of customers??? On top of all that, they got my order wrong. Don't come here! Its better to drive over to the one on 23rd street. Way better and there are actual people there to help you!
I tried to call in an order. No answer. So when I arrived, I asked the person at the counter if their phone was broken. She proceeded to tell me that they were too busy to answer the phone. (I called less than 5 minutes before I was arriving and they're was one customer in there). She was very rude. Not just about that but she just had a crappy attitude.
But on a positive note, the food and smoothie were good.
I'll start by saying this is my first time ever leaving a negative review online for anything. Just not my style. However, my visit to this location was so impressive I had to do it. I walked in and noticed a girl sitting at the first table with a backpack on the table and no shoes on, no socks.... Now, for pcb this isn't too uncommon, but still gross in a place that serves food. Upon further examination I noticed she had a Tropical Smoothie shirt on! As disgusting as that is, I was giving the benefit of the doubt that maybe she was just waiting on her friend that worked that worked there or something? That's when as I waited for my smoothie.... she walked BAREFOOT into the kitchen
I asked what their phone number was because they don't ever answer the phone. They both looked at me and said "I don't know" ... Didn't even bother looking it up. Then when I asked them if we are allowed to place orders over the phone they told me "yes, but we don't answer the phone if we're doing something".... That is NOT how you run a business. When customers call, you are supposed to answer the phone and not give them an attitude when they ask you about it.Then when they were making my smoothie they were clearly talking about me behind my back. It was RUDE. That's a good way to lose business if you ask me.
