The restaurant is never crazy busy, just can never get caught up when the food is low.
I had the drive thru kid standing there staring off into space at me and the young black man had to leave his grille and took up the stern to serve the customers. That guy needs a raise!

Panda Express you need some help, maybe a new cook if he is not able to keep up with such a small work load.
The workers should be communicating they need whatever needs to be made before it runs out.
The cook almost never can keep up.... expect a wait almost anytime of the day because of this.
Oneil the store manager needs to work on his memory a little bit, I have talked to him on the phone 3 times yet even the day after talking with him, he doesn't remember having a 5 minute conversation with me.
The staff needs to work faster and pay attention to when there are customers standing in line to order. The manager (tan bald guy) could care less about speed of service because he's just making food and not coaching his team, not is he aware of the busy crowd coming in.
Had a few hiccups recently, the manager swears it won't happen again. I am now trying food before I have them put it on my plate.

Great place. Went here with friends staff was very friendly. Took a little time for food but it was well worth. Owner/manager today was good
I love their food, do not get me wrong. Ordering inside is the best experience. Staff is friendly and courteous and have never had an issue dining in. You will not want to choose this place for your online group order. (It will be problematic.) Do not choose the drive thru if you have less than an hour for lunch. Usually very busy.
