The grease was bad could taste it in the fries amd signs light is out. Literally a one star arbys super disappointed because i like arbys.
The reason I didn't rate them higher is the wait is so long. I waited at the drive thru window for 20 min last time I got food from Arby's. If the wait wasn't so long I would have rated it higher. Be prepared to wait forever for your food
Only gave 4 stars because building is old and needs renovated. Bathrooms are outside. You would think with the price they charge for food and the location being right on Front Beach Rd they would invest in a whole new building. Managers are nice, food is good.
Food is good. Menu offerings are in line with franchise offers - but this particular location is in need of a make-over. They don't even have an in-door bathroom! And, the booths are fiberboard (a wee bit uncomfortable)
One of the slowest places i have ever been in my life. The drive through wasn't even busy but took 40+ minutes to get order. Food wasnt bad but i have had better. Drive through worker slow and rude.
