Very upset 1st time ever eating at a Red Robin. Burgers were good and that is the only thing that was good. As I sat at my at the table with my husband, I watched the server talk with every table and check on them many times. Not one time did she come to our table to check on us. I'm not a needy person, but I never got a glass of ice I asked for for my tea which was not good at all. I had to stop the person that brought us are burgers for another drink and for mustard. The server never came to our table after making eye contact with me many times. Don't think I will be back. Sorry Red Robin.
Pretty good all around. I was very happy with my meal and service. It is a dash crowded and it can be hard to navigate but everything else was really nice.
I've loved red robin from the moment they opened. The royal red robin burger with fried egg is my absolute favorite. I have tried just about every burger on their menu and I keep going back to the royal red robin. My only issue is having to wait so long to get my refill on my bottomless fries. The last few times I have been I've waited between 10-25 minutes to get 1 refill. I would understand the wait had they been busy. Other than my husband, myself and our daughter, there were maybe 20 people in the whole place.
Went for dinner and Haley was amazing! Fast service. Great food and friendly staff. We chose a drink that we really didn’t care for and they swapped it out for us. We will be sure to go back soon!!
Ou waitress, Rachion, was wonderful and the order came out correct. The drinks(liquor) were nothing but mix. Horrible horrible. Had them remade but still came back all with no flavor. The kitchen took forever for two burgers and chicken tenders. 35 minute wait for food on a non busy half empty night. Very disappointed. Won't b back till something changes and we were loyal regulars.
