It was my first visit in Florida - Panama City Beaches was a beautiful spot to chill. The condo that my mother rented from Southern Rentals was wonderful and affordable. We made sure that we had the ocean view, and it did not disappoint me. The Southern Rental App was easy to navigate, especially with the check-in/out procedures. I would highly recommended to use rental services from Southern Rental for a wonderful week-long beach stay!
HORRIBLE! No AC, no wifi, no pillowcases, no beach service...the list goes on! Upon check out they stated we broke a closet door...to the tune of $800...they were notified that it was broken upon arrival and they just charged our credit card. $800 FOR A CLOSET DOOR? This nightmare is far from over. I would never list my condos with them or rent from the ever again. Pure Fraud.
WORST PLACE EVER!!! Do not stay here!!! Southern vacation rentals is a horrible place to rent through... They do not work with you if there is a problem... The management staff is horrible and unwilling to work with you. I walked into my rental property with my husband to celebrate our FIRST anniversary, upon our arrival we walk into the house and find black dirt carpets.. Wood trim falling off in the kitchen with exposed nails, bottom of showers that needed to have mats or bleached, I found possible blood on a pillow case,hair on the pillow and hair on the toilet in one of the bathrooms. The shower curtain was brown with white splotches all over it. Looked like toothpaste possibly but I am unsure, I grabbed a cover off one of the beds to throw on the couch that was located downstairs (couch looks like 1000 people peed on it) felt disgusting the min I sat down I flew up in the air bc it felt so dirty. That same blanket had a possible a booger on it or something more unpleasant. This rental
We enjoyed an amazing vacation staying at the Calypso in PCB! The condo was exactly what was listed and extremely clean!! Southern Rentals was always just a phone call away and was always so helpful. We were even able to call and get an extended stay. I will definitely be booking through Southern Rentals for our future vacations. Thanks for making our family vacation great!!!
Property is filthy and the furniture is falling apart. I was afraid to sit down on the chair in fear I would break it. I asked for a full refund and I wouldn't stay one night but management said that they had to have their OWN MAINTENANCE man show up to look it over before anything could be done. But we would have to wait til the next business day. I was polite on the phone and they seemed they couldn't care less. I made 5 phone calls to them as well as my husband calling them once. I would not recommend renting from SOUTHERN VACATION RENTALS especially bungalow 152. The conditions in this house are comparable to a low rate motel. All I wanted was a simple refund.
We had such an amazing vacation! Our rental home was immaculate, spacious, and well furnished. It was so wonderful to come home after a day at the beach and grill out while the kids swam in our private pool! Communication with Southern Rentals during the booking process all the way through checkout was flawless, we will definitely be back!
