Nice petfriendly place to stay along the beach itself. Needs some updating otherwise a wonderful place.
Renter's beware of 20 20 Reality and leary of the Seachase Condominiums if you choose to stay here. Not the best place to take a familyfamily.
Likely the longest view from a condo on the Gulf. Huge rooms, great floorplan.
The floor to ceiling view is AH MAZING!!!!!! Quietly tucked away for rest and relaxation but, close enough to the strip for tons of fun also! My favorite place at the beach!!!!

Not the best impression of this place at. First off we got here a little early and called the management company and asked if we could maybe check in early. They said they would call or text us back and never heard back from them which is no biggie. But to top it off we get into our condo and the place had barely been cleaned. Beds weren't made up with no sheets and comforters were laying in the floor and in the chairs, second there was still cleaning stuff on the counters, gum wrappers next to the bedroom TV, found food under 2 of the living room chairs and to make matters even more pleasurable our family (2 adults a 5 year old and dog) had to set on the patio for an hour while the cleaning company came and finished the up the condo. Management company name is 20 20 Reality who we got the condo from.

had a great stay at seachase condos the week before memorial day,2014. Pool was too cold to swim first few days but wont keep us from going back. Close to everything. wonderful view. Close parking.

My best friend and his family had a busted glass window in their condo so they had to pack up 7 people's stuff and move from the west tower to the east tower. And they got their condo from Seachase.

I booked a trip months in advance with this company over the phone and payments were made in full prior to dates of travel. However, after a 5 hour drive to the beach we learned our dates in the computer somehow were mixed up and got entered for next year 2018. I admit I did not think the staff was extremely helpful in regards to apologies, finding other suitable arrangements, etc. So, our vacation was ruined and we turned around and went back home. However, the owner Bill reached out and did give genuine apologies, and our full payment was refunded. He knew how upset we were AND he submitted another check to us that equaled again the amount we payed for the vacation-this way he is providing us with an opportunity to still book another vacation at a later date at the expense of 20/20 realty. Honestly, it's a difficult situation that happened but, but I can say now that the owner of the company was helpful, apologetic, and has now provided my family with a check to rebook wherever we choose-I am greatful for that, and consider that to be excellent customer service. I would recommend this agency and if you have questions/issues arise defiantly reach out to the owner Bill-very helpful
