They put my family in one amazing home
Horrible! I gave the required 15 day notice with confirmation to end a month to month lease. I had a feeling they had not processed it because they never sent the paperwork they said they would send. I spoke to Katrina Murphy at 850.522.4699 regarding the lease ending 2 days before my scheduled departure date and she said that they did not have a record of me ending the lease. It was a ploy to get my deposit $$. I am still fighting them over it. Worst customer service ever. Completely incompetent.
Holli Persall is an amazing realtor! I moved to Panama City looking to buy my first house. Holli found 12 houses within my price range and with all of the features I asked for. We viewed all 12 in one day and Holli took her time and made sure to answer any and all questions I had honestly. Throughout the contract process she was very very responsive to questions I had and always answered quickly. She is also well known by lenders, insurers, inspectors, etc within the community. It was obvious that she just enjoys being an realtor and isnt in it foe the commission. She was the best realtor I could have asked for!
I think it's really unfair for this realty or any other to count one eviction that happened a couple of years ago to hold someone back from having some place to live. I make at least 2 and a half times the rent on the property I applied for. ERA Neubauer denied my app for this. No wonder they always have a heap of listings. They don't want to rent to good, hardworking people who even have good rent history since the eviction. I'm not living in a crime infested slum just because they think everybody has some crystal clear record. And then you got these people who have been arrest for tax evasion and fraud that can live wherever they want. Its not fair.
These guys do a great job. Good service. When I needed something fixed it was done quickly and efficiently. Thank you ERA!!
