Have to agree with everyone that gave a one star/ bad review. So I just called the store (after looking up the phone# on google and reading the reviews) to get an update on my solitaire that has been dropped off for resizing since the beginning of this month. The SO NOT FRIENDLY woman that answers says my ring is there, ready. So I wonder: "Really? Since when? I had no idea!" She says: "They called you on the 19th". That's it. When I ask about why no voicemail or why not calling again, she replies: "We just call one time. We leave a message if there's room for one. If that's the case we leave a message". Are you kidding me?? My voicemail box is EMPTY! Rude AF people! My ring is there for almost 10 DAYS and NO ONE bother to call back??? What a great Customer Service!! Never buying anything else from this store!!! Besides, they made me purchase a protection plan to resize my ring since I didn't have one or the price I'd pay without the plan was ridiculously high, almost the price for the protection. I mean: DISAPPOINTMENT isn't enough to describe this place.
Rude AF. Staff is very pushy and makes you feel stupid if you can't afford anything over $1,000. Called to check on a repair and the same staff member was very quick to remind me she already told me it takes two weeks when I was just calling for an update.
Said they would call when my order went through never called. Called to check up on my order and got told it's in transit. That same day my order came through and I didn't know until 3 days later because I checked my email. I would go to reeds if your looking for good service and good updates. Reeds also has a jeweler in store to size everything you need, also free cleaning. Another thing is I received a bracelet as a gift and it was too big so we went into zales to get some links taken off and since we didn't get a 60$ plan they wouldn't do it for us. So we went over to reeds and they did it for us and also turned the extra links into earrings.
Went in and found a ring I loved and they placed a special order for me so I could get my size. I never received an order number and no contact from them about the order. I called 5 or 6 times in 3 weeks to get updates on my order. Everytime I called they mispronounced my name, told me they would get back to me and then nothong. I called today only to be told they no longer take special orders on that ring. Don't shop here, they don't care about their customers
Staff was rude AF, not helpful or courteous AT ALL. Online website had wrong hours of operation. WILL GO TO WALMART BEFORE HERE.
