It is my understanding that Pandora price are standard... except at Reed’s.
It was our first time in Reeds Jewelers.The store was absolutely amazing. Everyone was nice and had bright smiles on their faces. The staff was helpful and sweet. Blake showed us around the store and showed all sorts of beautiful jewelry. Not once did we feel like we had to buy something, no pressure at all. It was a pleasure going there. Definitely will be heading back there soon
I had been trying to get a ring somewhere else and after 4 months they told me they could not do the ring I wanted. After walking around, my boyfriend and I decided to stop in at Reeds. Right away i seen a ring I liked but i wanted it custom made. Blake helped me immediately and told me i could have the ring i wanted, exactly how i wanted. within a month my ring was in and it is so perfect. Everyone at Reeds have been the biggest blessing. They have excellent customer service and they let you know how important you are to them. I'll never go anywhere else when it comes to jewelry.
Then two hours later, still in Pier Park we walked into another store that carries Pandora to look at their rings. Lo and behold they had the exact ring I had just looked at in Reed’s. The attached price tag was $65!!! So tell me, was he determined not to sell the ring or intending to do something else or just didn’t want to be bothered.
My friend and I went in on 10-29-17 to purchase Pandora rings. A nice young lady was very sweet and helpful in finding the ring my friend wanted. I wanted one like the one in a display case. As she tried to open the case a young man who was apparently her supervisor continually reprimanded her attempt to help me. First he wouldn’t sell the ring. Then when she convinced him that there were no others like that one he allowed her to open the window while he continued to fuss at her telling her to be careful... of what we were not sure. He continued in a very demeaning manner telling her to be careful and finally said the shelves were not secure. Then there was no price tag and she said she’d look it up but he insisted HE would look up the price. I told her I wouldn’t pay more than $80 for it. He walked behind the counter away from us and said “it’s &150”. I said no thanks. The young lady was very pleasant and eager to please and to be helpful. He was exactly the opposite.
Reeds had amazing pricing for the beautiful jewelry and outstanding workers! The most helpful to me was Blake. Blake helped us find amazing jewelry for low cost and was very kind while doing so, most certainly going again!
I recently purchased an engagement ring from Jerome and the team at Reeds Jewelers. It was the best customer service experience I have ever had. They are very helpful in finding you exactly what you need for any occasion. Every time I walked in the store I was greeted by name with all the kindness in the world. They care about your story and why you're looking for a special piece of jewelry. I can't thank Jerome enough for all his help finding the perfect ring. I will definitely be back to shop and suggest everyone stop in to see what they have!!
