Place had the WORST service. The lady seemed racist towards me because of my ethnicity. First I ask her if she has a charm for "Panamá City beach" and she responds "yes we do but it is $60 dollars". u
Unfortunately her attitude made it seem like I would not be able to afford it and if she did not even want to show me the item. After I had decided to buy the item she then proceeded for me to give her an ID after I told her I had forgot my ID she said "we'll log into facebook" never had I ever had someone ask me for my Facebook to prove my identity. Meanwhile, she had rung someone the same exact way and asked for no sort of identification. I after decided this time wasted was not worth it and left. I decided to purchase my item in another store. Let it be know this will cost you in the long run if it keeps happening to your customers. I really hope their is a change in your associate.

Not pleased with this store. When you walk in nobody wants to help you, all the workers act like you aren't worthy of shopping there.. I was looking for rings and they told me the ring I wanted to see, they didn't have and went on to the person next to me.. they didn't offer order one or help me look for a different one.. awful service.. I will not be returning.
My experience was bad! The seller group look at you like you are no welcome, I already decide I will no buy more accessories there...personal I prefer reeds, the boldie lady at the register is mind and even if u buy makes you feel uncomfortable! Thank you
