I called the local Hertz location on Hutchinson Blvd, PCB to request an SUV for a week. Brandon informed me of all of my options, and even offered to pick me up at my house and take me to the store. The SUV was cleaned, fueled and ready to go when I had requested. I had a wonderful trip, no issues with the vehicle and was greeted with a smiling face when I returned the vehicle and Brandon was nice enough to drop me off at my house. Will be using Hertz and this location again! Thank you! Dale

Awful experience. Would love to give 0 stars. I booked a rental car via telephone and arrived for my 1:00 p.m. reservation only to be informed that they didn't have a vehicle for me. The manager was extremely rude and unprofessional......
Jo was amazing getting a vehicle for us while on vacation in PCB! Highly recommend.

We rented a car in Panama City Beach Florida. The manager Brandon was great there was a misunderstanding when I called the 1-800 to book the reservation but Brandon was quick to get it taken care of and us on our way to our vacation. The young man that works there and helps Brandon was great also. As soon as we arrived he grabbed our luggage and loaded it up in the car for us and took us inside to the cool A/C. I would definitely rent from here again as well as highly recommend to other people.
