i wish there was a 0 star option. I made a previous reservation for a compact car for a VERY important appointment that i had. i went to pick it up and they said they only had a truck and a van. Of course they lost my business. What is the point of making a reservation if you don't reserve the damn car? terrible terrible place, they didn't even seem to care they they did that. will not recommend at all
WOW!!! In this day in time where a business such as the rental car industry is extremely busy and customer service has taken a backseat. This Enterprise Rent-A-Car location is extremely personable with a care that you are taken care of in a Priority fashion. A Special A++ professional service to Jo,Jo ...the Mgr. Second rental from Enterprise this year. My first experience was when I was rear ended and insurance company sent me to Hertz. Immediately when I talk to Hertz I knew I had the wrong company so I called State Farm back and ask them if I could go to another company and they said sure Enterprise. As the agent was assigning me to Enterprise my phone rang and it was a call from Enterprise They had already got the order and we're calling me to schedule my rental. The company that was repairing my car kept the vehicle for 43 days. Mrs. Kelly, at the local office went to bat for me and got everything taken care of. So when my wife son was getting married in Louisiana last minute detail again we rented from Enterprise so we would not have to be concerned with any troubles that a vehicle can you leave we with. Again we chose Enterprise and again they rose to the occasion and we are extremely satisfied. Thanks again Enterprise and to the staff of Panama City Beach Enterprise rental car your service, you guys are AWESOME.
We have rented from the PCB location 2X in the past month. The first time after waiting 2 hrs for a vehicle reserved online 2 weeks in advance. We were advised by a state trooper at a gas station that the tags on the rental were reported stolen, which led to many other inquiries along our way from Florida to Indiana. Once we arrived in Indiana we were offered a different vehicle however no compensation for the inconvenience just an "oopsie". Second time we received a vehicle that appeared to be "clean" until you pulled down the cup holder which was filled w/ garbage and stick residue all on the back seat as well as garbage under the seats. In which we received an apology of "I thought my detail team was on point, my fault". No plans in the future to use Enterprise again.
The checkout was okay but the check in was was fantastic. The person was very helpful.
