Top-notch service! We purchases a Townhouse on 30A and spoke with several property management companies. Panhandle Getaways went over and above to show us how they would be the best fit for taking care of our new home. We work with the office located off of 30A at The Hub. Everyone we come in contact with are professional, friendly, and treat us as if we were family. We loved our stay at a Panhandle Getaways resort! The Splash resort was a lot of fun for all the kids, and the amenities were great. The elevators were high speed, so even when they were busy the wait was not too bad for 21 floors. I called Panhandle because there were some maintenance issues in our unit and they had someone there within a couple of hours to replace the light bulbs. The booking process was easy, the app worked great for gearing up for the stay, and they even called to personally check on our vacation experience when it was all over. We actually ended up leaving a suitcase behind on the day we left, and they made sure we got it back. We will definitely use this service again. Great job!!
Absolutely loved Azure in Ft. Walton Beach! The condo was great, 2 pools and 2 hot tubs along with beach chairs and umbrellas included and set up for us as reserved each day! Good restaurants within walking distance. We just spent 9 nights and We'll do it again that's for sure! Thank you Panhandle Getaways!
I stayed in a condo in the Pelican Beach Resort. It was nice and was at a good price. Nothing fancy - kinda 90's styled. It was built in 1997. The pictures seemed flashier than the place. Nothing to write home about. They will not let you set up chairs directly on the water of the beach. You must be behind the chairs that cost somewhere around $30/each/day - that kinda sucks. I'd change that.
Great condo right on the beach! Plenty of room with each bedroom having its own bathroom. Washer and dryer make for catching up laundry and going home with clean beach towels. Loved the blue bar height table and chairs on the balcony to watch the sunsets. Close to many amenities and attractions. Definitely would go back.
