I was very disappointed in my dealings with JFR beach rentals. Not only did my contract tell me NOT to bother the building maintenance, when I couldn't get in touch with JFR about a leak in the bathroom I had to call the building maintenance. The problem went on for 4 days and the bathroom was not usable because the floor being soaked. JFR did offer me a very small refund but said it was a building problems and not the fault of JFR. I WILL NEVER RENT FROM JFR AGAIN.
JFR Beach Rentals is wonderful! Carol goes out of her way to make sure that we have everything we need! I love JR Beach Rentals and I would definitely recommend them to anyone! My family comes down every year and JFR always takes great care of us! Thank you Ms. Carol!
