Bottom line: He said he could do it, I took his word, the roof was a complete mess, and wasted $1000 dollars!
Stuart is very nice and professional, and very very busy. He sometimes has a hard time getting back out for warranty work. I believe he is trying very hard to improve that aspect of his business, and he has the right intent. He is just slammed with work, which is a good indication. His prices are fair. The installation looked good. It was a quality job. He finally did come out and make some adjustments but the big problem is that my downspout was clogged - slow draining. He is fixing that problem too. I would give him 5 stars if he could move a little faster responding to call backs. Otherwise he is good guy.

We had three companies bid a galvalume half round gutter project on our beach house. We ended up selecting Stuart from Gutter Magic for the job. Stuart's bid was well written and detailed. Price was competitive. Stuart did a great job!
Gutter Magic repaired a metal front porch roof for me that another company made a mess of. The metal panels should have been replaced, especially at the price charged, but I would have more than happy to buy new ones if I would have known that they were crooked and different lengths. Naturally, they had to pull down the panels so that the gutter would be flush, but that left the underside of the roof looking terrible, plus they used screws that are too long and they are sticking out all over the inside of my roof. After they completed the job it rained and the roof still leaked. Stu and his crew came back and repaired it. When it rained again, it was still leaking in the same place. Again Stu repaired it. My biggest problem is that since the old metal panels weren't replaced, the panel on the the outside edge is far off square, there is no overhang where the porch roof meets the house roof and when it rains the water runs back onto the house. There is about a four inch overhang at the edge of the roof where he installed the gutter and none at the top. If I would have been advised to buy new metal panels instead of trying to make screwed up panels functional, none of this would have never happened.
