My husband took a $60 t-shirt in with metal starts on it. They called to get permission to do the shirt because of the stars. When giving permission we asked what their opinion was.They said they do shirts like this all the time it would be no problem. So we went ahead with the dry cleaning. They proceeded to rip the star off the shirt. So he could no longer wear it. We told them just to throw it away we still had to pay for it because We have them permission. Then the next time we went he had a pair of shorts with a button on the pocket. When we picked it up they had ripped the button off. That same time he had another t-shirt being dry cleaned and the shirt was returned with beach spots on the back and some red stain splattered.
