They gave me a prescription that was totally wrong. I ordered a $360 pair of glasses based on their prescription and I couldn't see out of them.
No problems whatsoever. I hadn't had my eyes dilated in 20+ years so would have been nice to be warned about how limited my sight would be (not just light sensitive), but courteous staff, quick appointment, and stallar help picking out my new glasses, including direction oh those my insurance would cover a greater portion of the cost.
I have called twice and left a message to set up an appointment for my husband and I, we both have glasses. No return call after 3 days and they never answer the phone. I guess they have enough patients. We are heading to Optikka on 30a. Super nice staff there!
If you're looking for long waits, horrible service, and superfluous unprofessionalism, this is the place for you! After having to wait 3 hours to get a WRONG prescription, I wanted to just get my lenses looked at really quickly- shouldn't have taken more than 15 min. We've been in the waiting room for 50 min and she JUST took my glasses in the back for evaluation. Never coming back here again. If there was a zero star rating, I would've picked it.
Very friendly and helpful! Got my daughter and I in and out for our appointments! Answered all the questions we had! Great staff up front and in the back!
