I came down on vacation for 2 weeks and wound up sick the first week of it. I decided to go to this clinic, and they all took GREAT care of me. I've been to 3 other American Family Care clinics. One in Birmingham, one in Opelika, and this one here in PCB. I personally feel that this AFC Urgent Care is the best walk-in clinic I've used. I highly recommend this place. Great Dr. and staff! They are all very kind and professional. Pretty pleased to come on vacation and know there is a top-notch urgent care right around the corner! Thanks again!
Why in with my daughter over 5 months ago. When we went in, they told us they took her insurance and there was no Co payment. Had our visit and once again was told everything was good, NO PAYMENT.
Short wait, friendly staff all across. Receptionist was friendly and let me know there may be a wait(less than 20 mins), the nurses were very sympathetic with my situation and kept things lighthearted with their sense of humor. Both doctors that I saw were very polite a knowledgeable. I highly recommend this clinic.
I went to Urgent Care/American Family Care last week fro treatment of a rash that was driving me crazy. I was a little apprehensive about going to a walk-in clinic, since I always go to my family doctor in Tennessee. The staff was very friendly and accommodating and made me feel at ease and comfortable. Tasha, Carly, and the receptionist were especially sweet and friendly. I really liked the doctor who I saw also. I would highly recommend this clinic if you have a medical emergency or concern when you're visiting PCB.
I had a great experience at AFC. Everyone was so friendly and my visit was quick and thorough. I felt like I was in good hands with Dr. Wartenberg, Fawn and Tasha. I'll definitely recommend this location. Thanks for going above and beyond.
TODAY, my daughter lives in Oregon and received an collection notice. She is 17!!. We didn't receive a bill, no phone calls.. Oh and I live locally down the road even.. But they couldn't bother telling us there was a balance. Error?? Wasn't satisfied to begin with in the service and only went there because she had a severe reaction to fire ant bites. Dr could care less the amount of pain she was in let alone her foot was twice the size. If the other medical office was open earlier they would have never gotten our business. I WILL BE contacting billing and the office manager.
