If there was less than one star I would give this office a big fat zero. They were rude when I made an appt. They were rude when I signed in. They were exceptionally rude all the way from the door to the reception. On that basis I imaged this was not the place for me. I can't say Dr zahib is the worst but definately not the best (my opinion) Dr in panama city beach but I can say he does not care about his patients and is short tempered and like his staff is not pleasant. He will tell you he is a member of this and that medical association but I'm not sure why he has to do that. He probably just pays his dues.
Do not go by what your Prestige card says address is or Google map. Cause even when it's all on them they will still not see u. And I live an hour away. And I was going by what card and Google said. And top it off the girl on phone was really rude. I would not recommend someone I hate to that office.
The office staff has no follow through on tests that are ordered by the doctor. we have had to continue to call for them to do their job.
New office is horrible. There is no air conditioning in lobby as both vents are closed in the ceiling. The employees could care less. They acted like no one ever complained about it and just put up with it while waiting. When I asked if I could wait inside the office where it was very cold I was told to come back another day and they would tell someone to open the waiting room vents. I will not go back as I am not that hard up for a doctor. When you call for an appointment with Zabih you are only offered an appointment with a nurse. No thanks.
