The staff were so extremely rude, even the manager, that they made me cry and I ruined my perfect contour. Quality of clothing is generally awful; holes, shrinks, more money than it's worth... Also receive very little help from the fair amount of people who "work" there, and then those same people who weren't helping out when a customer needed help, don't even come to the register even though no one is there and people are waiting. Shop there if you want rude customer service, overpriced clothing that's almost comparable to forever 21 with how cheaply it's made, etc.
