This place is horrid. When they first opened it was a good place to shop, but now it is a total mess every time I go in. Its impossible to find ANYTHING. That wouldn't bother me so much if the customer service were good, but the employees are incredibly rude. I was checking out, and asked the cashier if it was okay if I changed into my new clothes in the fitting room. Without a word, all she did was just look at me and shrug, hand me my receipt, and called up the next customer in line. Such a shame, F21 really used to be on top of things
When I went in, the staff was super nice and was easy to talk to. I was chatting with a really nice and pretty lady while my friend was trying on clothes and she did a good job multitasking. She kept working while talking to me and she was one of the nicest sales associates I've talked to. I also found some nice new additions to my wardrobe.
They only had one person behind the cash register and other employees playing and laughing. Long line and unhappy customers!
I ordered a plain t-shirt but it had the word hot dog on the back and I didn't even see it on the picture! I also bought the light blue jeans but they too small even though it was an extra large size! >:(
Look for off season clearance at Forever 21, located at Pier Park, PCB, Fl. Best way to find among the multitude of shoppes at the Park is take PCBeach Parkway access. Can be great but caters to a younger demographic (under 28 years old) clothing line.
