The rest of the staff wasn't too kind either.
Hands down worst customer service I have ever had. usually come here often when on vacation but I will not be returning. Joan was VERY rude to me for no reason. I was trying to find a few shirts to buy but she came up to me and said in the most obnoxious tone, "Uhm is there something I can help you find?!?!"

Have always loved this store and look forward to shopping there when in town on vacation...however, after this past weekend, I may not be returning. The younger emoployees were very helpful in trying to help me find the specific shirt I was looking for as a Christmas gift. They didnt have it so I grabbed two pullovers to try on for myself. I asked the older woman working for a dressing room and she was very rude. Follwed my friend and I around and watched us like a hawk as if we were trying to steal something. Totally uncomfortable so I said screw the pullover and left. Oh and as we were walking out she was yelling and getting on to the other employees...super unprofessional and felt bad for those kids.
very helpful and I wish this store was near my house but unfortunately I live out of state. The staff was nice and they asked me multiple times if I needed help. The store was clean, well stocked, good sales too when we were down there.
Last year I purchased and item that wasn't the quality I expected from Hy's Toggery. When I returned the following year the manager,Kevin, professionally addressed my concerns. Kevin patiently listened and a positive resolution was achieved. Thank you Kevin .
The staff offered us help with our shoes when we tried on chacos and the store was layed out well.
