Love this place! The staff is wonderful and super friendly and attentive to your needs even when you call at the last minute for an appointment or unexpected emergency. The vet, Dr. Barr, is fantastic! He takes time to explain things and offers solid advice and options for next steps.
Dr. Barr is a great doctor and a true southern gentleman. His fees are fair and reasonable. He is always kind and helpful and really cares about animals.
Dr.Barr and his staff were very compassionate about our little girl, they got her in immediately as she was very sick. Dr. called personally several times with updates on her declining health, unfortunately we lost our Abby, but are very confident all was done to help her and her passing. I would recommend VETPETS to all pet families.
Started my 6 year old toy poodle here about a month ago.. he was very nice and all staff were as well. He explained what was going on in detail with my Jazzi.. although the office was busy, he never rushed looking at my dog, knowing he had several patients.. he treats everyone with the same respect and makes sure everything is taken care of.
Dr. Barre and his staff are amazing! I drive an hour and a half to bring my French Bulldogs to him. He is incredibly knowledgeable and very approachable. His staff are polite, friendly and show good common sense.
