The staff was not friendly at all nor helpful no compassion for animals. Never going back. Took my dog to banfield great staff very caring.

As owner of 30A Vet, located in Santa Rosa Beach (Gulf Place), we are thrilled to have such a large, comprehensive animal hospital open late into the evening and 24/7 on the weekends available to be able to send our patients to for critical care issues. A few months ago, they happily accepted a very severe snake bite and nursed him back the health over 3 days. In many hands, he would not have made it, but I have no doubt they saved this very critically ill dog's life. Additionally, the staff is always bright-eyed, helpful and very knowledgeable and understanding when we call ahead for our clients. They always give baseline estimates, and the veterinarians go above and beyond the call of duty to talk to me about my patients while they are there, which is big deal when you are the only emergency gig for miles, these vets are very, very busy! A clean, well-run center with excellent and knowledgeable employees and veterinary staff, we are very grateful to have them as a resource. While our animal hospital is also comprehensive and takes emergencies, there are some things that must have 24 hour monitoring, and we are simply too small to support that kind of care for the very critically ill patients who need constant monitoring. Thank you, Animal Care Center, you guys rock! - Dr. T , 30A Vet

I have a 5 year old female Australian Shepherd mix named Macy who somehow managed to get a pretty nasty head injury while we were at work. When we found her at home we immediately put her in the car and took her to her regular vets, a 'pet hospital' we've used for quite some time. Upon examination they informed us that they are not equipped for this sort of injury, do not have the means to perform surgery for her at their 'hospital', and if she were to go south they would not be able to give her the proper care to stabilize her. They took X-rays and determined she had fractured her skull. They directed us to Animal Care Hospital who graciously accepted us. Lori and Brittany were both so nice and accommodating. I called and checked on her and everyone I spoke to was just as pleasant. The following morning I picked Macy up and she was bright and chipper. Upon taking her back to her regular vet because they wanted to perform an exam they told me after they had sent her X-rays to be examined that she had a hemorrhage in her brain and that is was either surgery or not much you can really do for her. I took her back to the Care Center for a second opinion. Not only did Lori remember us and Macy she went out of her way to console our teary eyed selves. We asked them for a second opinion and they were happy to do so. The vet, Dr. Matt Le Blanc I believe, was informative and took the time to physically show us what was going on. In all reality Macy had only cracked her sinus bone and she will be fine. We can't thank them enough. When it comes down to it, it's an awful feeling when your pet is hurt and you can't do anything. We appreciate the care you showed for us. Thank you all!

We are from out of state & my dog got sick. I called & they got us in very quickly. Great staff & Dr. He was very helpful & gave me more information than my vet at home ever has! Great experience!!

The staff was very professional and kind. We did not have to wait long either. Dr. Mc Swain was great, she carefully examined our dog who fell and gave us many options available to figure out if she had a fracture and told us all the different costs up front. We are here on vacation, & I highly recommend this place if you are an over protective dog parent like me!
