I placed an order on line.... 4 days later I was told my order is still not processed for shipping. What is the point of ordering on line if Michael's is not prepared to handle orders in timely manner?

I normally enjoy coming into this Micheals I sale handmade items and come very often. Later I've been followed and watched like a thief by the same employee every time I come there. She never offer any help. On a few occasions I have caught this employee stand at the end of the aisle watching me. This really makes me not want to come to this store anymore.
