Terrible customer service at this store; will not stand by their product when fabric is faulty, etc. I have been a loyal customer for many years, but will never go back
I don't usually shop at Chico's but bought a scarf that I later had to return. My purchasing experience was great but I was treated like a criminal when I tried to return it. I had my receipt and the tags were never removed. I explained before-hand that I wasn't sure if crediting my credit card would go thru because it had been cancelled due to fraudulent charges on my account. The lady was so rude to me and acted like I was trying to get one over on her. The cashier and other sales lady however, were polite. Luckily my credit card went thru for the return. I don't plan on ever returning to that Chico's for anything in the future!
Staff is friendly and very helpful. Love the clothes!
