This is a self checkout location that uses your mobile device; which went fairly smooth for my first time. The only bad thing is that when you book a truck online, even though you may choose this place, if your truck size is not available then they will automatically select the U-Haul location in town [Panama City]. Of course I ended up calling the in town location to have my reservation switched back to here, for a size smaller truck that was available.
