They charge your credit card even if you fill the tank. Bad customer service. Very rude. Don't rent from this location. Use uhaul you'll be happier. Held penske would be cheaper at least they won't steal from you.
My biggest complaint is not that they try to squeeze every dime out of you (most businesses do that), its that they are dishonest. After a misunderstanding on a rental truck drop off time, I was charged an extra $140.33 for an extra day. I called to see if I could get an adjustment and the clerk told me that it was "impossible for them to make a price adjustment" . Really?? What business wouldn't have that ability in case they made a mistake. I clarified with the clerk that there was no way to make an adjustment. I then called Budget customer service and of course they told me that he could have easily contacted them and authorized them to make an adjustment in the extra charge. So clearly, the clerk lied to me and then hung up on me because I didn't believe him. Use with caution or use someone else.
