Trails are wide, flat and very well maintained. Really nice restrooms with water fountains at entrance. Ran for an hour on a Sunday morning without seeing anyone (or anything) else. Great natural vistas.
This is a great place to enjoy nature with an easy walk in the woods. There are several trails with varying lengths to chose from. If you are into Geocaching, you can find a bunch of caches along the trails, too!
Great place to run! The trails are well marked, with information stations spread throughout. Definitely bring water if needed, as there is none on the trails. Also, keep your eyes peeled for snakes, and, if you are any, give them their space!
Enjoyed our 6 mile hike. The bathroom facilities at the start were very clean and nice. The trails are very well marked. If you make a plan you can easily follow it without a map. But they had plenty of maps to take with (I just took a pic with my phone for reference). We did come across two snakes so you do need to be cautious but this made our experience more exciting.
Absolutely amazing spot for a walk, hike, or a run. Great for the entire family. Clean facilities and well marked trails. Trails range from 1.7 miles to 11.2. Cannot beat free access.
