Ordered a pizza on a Tuesday night at 7p.m. I was told it would be 90 minutes for delivery. At 8:40p.m. I called and they said it would be there in 10 minutes. At 9:30p.m. I called and they claimed it was out for delivery. At 9:50p.m. we showed up at the store and canceled the order. Horrible, horrible, horrible service. We asked the manager to call his boss who simply just said he would look into it. I will never order from this store again and recommend that no one else does either.
Great pizza! Yes, there was a longer wait time, but it is in the middle of how many resorts with thousands of rooms! Of course you are going to have to wait longer for it! Our order came in the window of time estimated- which is just an estimate anyway. So much can affect it. Do not let the negative reviews sway you from ordering from here!
Pizza arrived cold. Barely cut so when you grab a peice it just rips in half. On top of that it took over there estimated delivery by 10 minutes which was already over. A hour will never order from this place again shame on you guys
We ordered pizza, at 4p today, scheduled it for delivery at 6p. We called at 6:30p when no delivery happened and were told the manager refused to get on the phone to explain. I'm shocked the top tier pizza delivery
This has been the absolute worst experience I think I've ever had ordering anything anywhere, ever. Ordered a pizza online. Was given a hefty waiting time but accepted it. After over an hour and a half, I call and am offered a free order because the original was voided for a reason they could not explain. Again, the wait is an hour. Again, I wait over an hour and no pizza. I am in absolute shock that these people get paid and will honestly never be returning to the trash that is Panama City Beach. When else have you seen 2.5 stars for a local Papa Johns-- and 41 reviews? It speaks for itself.
