Best New York style pizza in the southeast. Atlanta and Birmingham would love to have a place like this.
Ordered Sicilian and they brought out just a big dry round pizza. Saw one on the counter behind the glass in kitchen and thought it was ours. I asked why ours wasn't rectangle shaped and pan cooked (like it should be) like that one and they said that was the last one. We had to look at the pizza that we ordered just sitting on the counter while trying to eat the dry oversized pizza they brought us. I couldn't eat it without the extra marinara sauce that came with it. Waiter should have told us they were out of Sicilian instead of trying to convince me they were the same thing after bringing it out. I didn't send it back because we were part of a party of 12 and didn't want to have everyone waiting on us. The real Sicilian on the counter was still sitting in the same spot untouched when we left. Not sure if I'll go back or not because the pizza we ordered really did look good, however, the one we got was really nothing special. It was entertaining watching the guys in the kitchen working the dough while waiting on the food and the decor is unique.
Solid by the slice pizza with attentive but not overbearing service. My son and I enjoyed eating here. Seat yourself and wait for service. It was nice to have a low key meal here after driving a few hundred miles to PCB. So happy I stumbled onto this place as a born and bred New Yorker that misses by the slice pizza.
Home away from home. Finally pasta that makes me feel like home. I'm not above settling for ok pasta. But there is no compromise here in my book. I'll be back again and again...
Great Tasty Pizza. Pizza Crust has been too thin on last 2 visits. Don’t like when you can’t lift a slice of pizza. Needed a knife and fork to eat. Cheese and Sauce had No Dough to hold it together. Hope it improves.
