We shopped about six different mattress stores looking for two queen size mattresses for our condo in Panama City Beach. THEN we shopped Mattress Firm and that is where we did our purchasing! Tadd Baines was friendly and personable from the minute we walked into the showroom. The product, service and delivery could not have been better. We highly recommend Mattress Firm. Incredibly respectful and lovely employees! We found out perfect mattress, got pillows, checked out and we're out of the store within 30 minutes! Our bed was scheduled to arrive between 2-4pm the following day, it is now 3:28pm and the bed is set up. They even put on our bed skirt for us AND removed the old bed for free. Oh and the bed being removed was in the same room out child was asleep in, they never woke her up. Such a great company! Very thankful!
We shopped several stores, and Brian Loftus was the most knowledgeable about the products. He explained everything about the different beds, and answered all our questions (and we had a lot!). Never a pressure to buy a certain bed, he let us look and try all kinds of mattresses, telling us about the made up of each. We were able to make a good decision, and got the bed we wanted.
