Checking in was super easy. Getting to our room from parking across the street was a challenge. We had to ride an elevator to the third floor. Get off. Walk across the sky bridge. Get on another elevator to go to the first floor. Then find a different elevator to get us up to our room. After a day, we remembered the sequence, but it's certainly irritating. The room is good. The view is outstanding. The layout is just fine. It's actually bigger than the pictures of our unit appeared online. The beds are comfortable enough, but definitely not the best quality. The bunk beds in our room are squeaky, but the kids loved having that setup! The window in our bedroom leads to the hallway. I downloaded a white noise app to block traffic and people so we could sleep. Worked like a charm. The location is awesome. We can get Starbucks in the lobby. There is a Sky Bar. There is a gift shop, too. We can walk right out to the beach, too. Beach chair rental can be done daily or paid in advance at a discount. Beware of that, though. It costs a fortune and people are allowed to set up their chairs in front of the rented chairs (they can't put up umbrellas or tents, thankfully). We had people blocking our view on both days we visited the beach... Ootherwise, we're within driving distance of Pier Park. Bring bricks of gold. You'll spend them all. And with a smile on your face. The entertainment options were awesome for kids and adults. I wouldn't say for great for kids under 5. They do have amusement rides set up, so I assume some are okay for little ones. Overall, we have had a blast. Plenty of places to go, eat, or be entertained in PCB. I wish I had more money and more time to do it all!
This place was awesome. The water was crystal clear. The condos are well kept and staff is friendly. It is located on the strip so you can walk to most everything. We will make a second trip for sure!
Great place to vacation or a quick getaway. Everyone is always so friendly and make you feel at home.
Rooms are still quite nice, but are probably due some refurbishment. Everything in Florida ages faster than it should. The elevators need some TCL. Most of the week, only half the elevators were working.
Our first room was horrible. Condo 2236. The carpet was dirty and not just being picky dirty. It was stained and crusty. The walls were beat up like you couldn't believe. The vacuum was broken and apparently there's not a spare in the building. They did get us a new room.. 24 hours after we complained about the first one and things are looking up. The hotel itself is nice. Beach is good and the pools are good.
