I dreaded going to find a new mattress. America's Mattress got the best reviews. So I went there . Steve the salesperson was more like shopping with a friend. No high pressure sales. Just information. We left happy, but wondering if everything would be as easy as Steve told us. He called to let me know the order was placed, called the day the delivery to make sure all went well. Who does all that? Then the final review. The mattress! I slept like a baby!
America's Mattress is the very best around! Their customer service, selections, and prices are top notch! Steve was so very helpful and did not pressure us into buying anything outside of our price range. He got us a great deal on a fantastic bed. Nathan from the DFS store was so helpful too in referring us and making sure we got exactly what we were looking for. Go in and see them!
The layout of the store is extraordinary and so easy to shop. I was blown away by the quality of product they carried and was very eager to have my mattress delivered. Delivery was just as smooth, guys were right on time and took my old set out without any complaints! Sure to return to this store the next time I need a new mattress and will surely refer to everyone I know!
Friendly and knowledgeable. I checked around on prices and quality and felt like I got a great deal for our Beach House owner's apt. bed. It is hard to be brought up to speed on mattresses, the staff members were very patient and the store had a great selection of price points.
Steve was very friendly and low pressure. Took the time to answer all our questions. Very professional and had good follow up. Provided exceptional customer service and went out of his way to accommodate our delivery time frame.
