Fantastic, always. I called on the way, the associate went and looked to see if they had the product in stock, I picked it up and paid for it in less than ten minutes. We also get our yearly flower bed mulch and all of our garden supplies, plants and seeds. In the winter, we get our Christmas tree here: they trim and wrap for free. I've always been able to find associates for assistance in any department.
I recently went to Lowe's to get some primer paint. I did not want the primer to be white and got a tintable primer. Primer paints do not take tinting like normal paints do and Stuart in the painting department worked extensively to try to accomplish what I wanted. He worked well beyond normal time and was wonderful.
Horrable experience just now at lowes panama city beach. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT!!! Paint guy totally blew our order 2 times. I waited an hour and it still was not right and he was gone. I had over 100$ in my cart and i left the whole thing. i guess he was just ready to go home for the day. Hello Home Depot.
We will looking for cushions for a patio furniture and it seemed as though everyone in Bay County Head run out of these. Lowe's however had a great selection and we were able to get everything we needed. In addition while we were there we ran across a outdoor propane grill that had some very slight damage and got a great deal run it! The lady that waited on us was very nice and very helpful. She also negotiated an additional$30 discount on the grill!
Went to pick up a can of paint. After it was mixed we had more items in the cart. One cashier with a huge line and self checkouts were not working with lines of frustrated people. Could not find ANOTHER employee to help. Finally went and had a manager paged. I would have normally left without my purchases but because I had the paint mixed I stayed to pay for it. Went to home depot to purchase the rest of the items on my list and was back in my car in minutes. Stop taking cashier's away and leaving us with confused computers that can replace humans. Enough of this!
