We have used ALS Computers for many years both for our personal / school & church computers. Shane and his staff have always treated us with professionalism and honesty. We appreciate the fast "turn-around" service and being treated like friends... not just customers. Its nice to know there are still businesses out there that care about the individual and stand behind their work. I was very HAPPY with my recent experience with this company. After trying to open an email with an attachment, I encountered numerous problems with my internet connection, logging me off and not being able to retrieve my emails. I called around and this company was very courteous and helpful over the phone so I thought I would give them a try.
Seem to know what they're doing however the gentleman seems to talk down to you and called with a different price than what was discussed
I brought a laptop that I recently bought from a pawn shop that had a bad hard drive to them and they had it fixed and back to me within the same day which did not expect. Every aspect of my experience with them seemed great. I am very a happy with the quality of service. Thanks ALS.
Courteous and professional staff! Did a great job repairing my laptop cooling fan, and installing a new SSD drive--very reasonable! Quick turnaround!! Wish i could give them 10 Stars!!
