Bad customer service. The guy is very rude
We had an excellent experience here. The food was beyond expectation and the woman working was very friendly. In fairness, we were the only people in the restaurant, during slow season. I could see how this place could be a mess during busy summer rush.
Great service, great food during my visit
The only reason this isn't one star is because the food was fine, not as good as other Schlotzsky's, but still Schlotskys is good.
Tables were turned over, very off putting. I will not be back to this store again!
Terrible customer service! Every time I come here the staff is rushing people out of the door. Their stated close time is 9pm but at 7:30pm they said that they would only make our food to-go!
