Came in with a pregnancy craving for a panini. Ordered a to go order and got to hotel to open a plain cold ham and cheese sandwich. Can't eat cold ham pregnant so got to eat a cup of soup and a cold cheese and bread for $14.99. The cashier was very helpful and nice, just wish I had gotten what I'd paid for. First trip to a Panera.
I used to really love Panera. Today is the second time in a row I was really disappointed. Both my husband and I had to search for the meat on our sandwiches. Like questioning if there was actually any there. Chicken soup that used to be so good now tastes like canned. Condiments consist of mayo and mustard. Nothing comes on the sandwiches. Neither of us liked our food. Last time I was here with my daughter, same story. It is very over priced for what you get.

Food quality is horrible here. They use canned chicken for their sandwiches and salads; chicken wild rice soup tasted like canned as well, which is a total absurd! Bread and muffins were not fresh, taste as if were few days old. Love Panera bread but this location needs to revise their business.
Just ok, not overly friendly. Coffee station was was out of two types of coffee. Almost always out of spinach artichoke souffles. If that is on your list, call ahead. Food is good.
