HORRIBLE experience! I called a week ahead of time and the evening before to schedule a taxi to the the airport at 6:00 am. Not only did they never show up. I tried calling them for 20 mins and no one would even answer the phone! My father, fighting cancer, was having major surgery the very next day so it was extremely important I make my flight. I called them two days later hoping they would answer the phone. They had no reason as to why they were a no show. I said I would call back for an answer. When I called again I could barely understand them since the company is operated by foreigners. The man lied and said power was out (there had not been any storms and most people have cell phones). The man was so rude he hung up on me! Plan on walking if you call this company.
Driver, Steven Golding, was AMAZING. An intern of mine arrived from out of the country to the airport and had no phone. He was dropping her off at a company condo and called me to make sure he had the correct address and gate information. He even went above and beyond to call me again when he dropped her off and let me know and then told me he would wait to make sure she made it in without any troubles. Because I could not be at the condo for her arrival, this was so helpful. No taxi service I've ever used before has done this. I would highly recommend Steven and this company!!!
I am more than a little impressed with this company right now. I had an employee flying in from a different country who didn't have a phone or any way to contact anyone. She apparently had the wrong address and her driver, Steve, went out of his way to contact us, to take care of her, and to ensure that she arrived at the correct destination. In a time and city where you hear a lot of horror stories about cab drivers Steve has immeasurably impressed me in the way that he handled the situation. So much so that I can be sure I will not use any other taxi service again. Steve took my employee who was in a bad situation and ensured that she was very well taken care of and safe. My commendations to him, he definitely is a significant representation to his company and I would recommend him to anyone.
